Cabal apprehends Barrow and makes a desperate attempt to get him to sign his last contract. In the last minute the carnival erupts into madness and with seconds to spare Leonie signs in place of her father. The train returns to its origins, where Horst explains to Cabal that he held back one of the contracts and then makes a devastating choice.
