Johannes Cabal, The Necromancer Chapter 14 Summary

Cabal and the carnival staff set out in search groups to look for Barrow. Barrow attempts to find a way to escape the carnival but finds himself in the clutches of Layla the Latex Lady. Before Layla can asphyxiate him, Barrow is rescued by the infamous murderer Alfred Simpkins. Simpkins then tells Barrow where to find all of Cabal’s contracts for souls.
